SFF SDR Development Platform

Lyrtech’s small form factor (SFF) software-defined radio (SDR) development platforms (part Lyrtech’s advanced development solutions lineup) are especially designed to address the special SDR needs of the military, public safety, and commercial markets. Lyrtech platforms are designed as low-cost, off-the-shelf, integrated hardware and software development solutions, and pack some of the latest DSP and FPGA technology—Lyrtech's expertise.

    • One Texas Instruments DM6446 DM SoC providing benefits of both DSP and reduced instruction set computer (RISC) technologies, incorporating a high-performance TMS320C64x+ DSP core and an ARM926EJ-S MPU core
    • One Xilinx Virtex-4 SX35 FPGA, optimized for high-performance signal processing
    • 128 MB DDR2 SDRAM
    • 128 MB NAND flash memory
    • One LYRIO interface to add a data conversion module. The interface is composed of two, 32-bit, 500-MBps synchronous interfaces (4 Gbps, full-duplex)
